Organisational Establishment Grant - This funding aims to support newly established organisations or groups over three years to grow and become independent.
To be eligible for this grant, groups must:
• Be based in Merri-bek municipality
• Be no more than three years old
• Complete an acquittal every year to show how the organisation is operating.
• Groups must carry out governance training and strategy development during the funding term.
• Meet eligibility criteria outlined on page 5 of the guidelines
These documents must be ready to upload and attach:
• Current Public Liability Insurance Policy
• Most recent Financial Statement
• Minutes from the most recent AGM
• Constitution/rules of the organisation / group
• Quotes or estimates that demonstrates the ongoing costs of operations.
• Letters of support from other organisations that demonstrate groups working together.
• Demonstrate complying with the Child Safe Standards; submit a copy of your organisation’s Child Safe Policy or Statement of Commitment to Child Safety (if relevant)
