Merri-bek City Council Grants

Welcome to the Merri-Bek City Council's SmartyGrants webpage. 

Please e-mail the relevent funding areas that suits your funding need:
  • Community Grants - communitygrants@merri-bek.vic.gov.au - for not-for-profit groups and community organisations
  • Arts Grants - artsgrants@merri-bek.vic.gov.au - for artists and arts organisations
  • Business Support - business@merri-bek.vic.gov.au - for profit organisations, companies, small business and sole traders  

To apply for a grant you need to register or log in at the link above. 
   After you login in you will be able to:      
   • Apply for open grant rounds;
   • Submit acquittal/progress reports, 
   • Submit funding variation requests.
   • Contact the relevant Grants Team (listed above) to link the funding variation form to your application. You can then submit the form in the same way you submitted your grant application. 

If you are from an organisation where more than one application is being submitted, we recommend you use the same login for all applications for continuity to apply for grants on SmartyGrants. For example: admin@ rather than registeringindivual a personal email addressed. Using a generic email address enables all applications from the same organisation to be accessed from the one account.
